Customer are deemed to have read, understood & accepted the following conditions upon booking. New Star Travel Pte Ltd shall be known as “the company” in the condition below.

1) RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & REFUND

Customer are deemed to have read, understood & accepted the following conditions upon booking. New Star Travel Pte Ltd shall be known as “the company” in the condition below.

A deposit is required upon reservation. If your minimum deposit is less than the required amount, kindly top up the difference within the next three days. Payment of deposit not constitute confirmation of the tour.

All groups are subject to a minimum group size in order to depart (as determined by the company), in order for the confirmation to be effected and for the departure to be finalized.

Tour
  • A deposit of 50% of the total tour fare is required upon reservation.
  • Full payment is required not less than 16 days prior to departure.
  • If full payment is not received 16 days or less prior to departure, the company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and cancel the reservation.
Air Tickets

A non-refundable deposit, whose amount, will depend on the type of air ticket purchased and the airline chosen, is required for the reservation of air tickets. This will be made known at the time of purchase and a receipt will be issued for this deposit and the balance indicated to be paid within the stipulated period.
